Our parts staff has combined experience of over two decades.  They are friendly and knowledgeable and eager to assist you. 

 RJ Kool has a large distributor network to help you source that hard-to-find part.  We sell Genuine Alliance and Dexter Manufacture Parts.  Sure we could sell cheap imitation parts from overseas, but why risk your repair with an inferior part?  Genuine Parts are compatible and reliable.  Replacement parts from other sources may cost less up front but are not designed and manufactured specifically for your laundry equipment.  They may also damage other more costly components or disable safety features.

As an Authorized Distributor, RJ Kool stands behind every Genuine Part sold, we also have experience in servicing your products and can quickly respond to your needs.
