What has been your experience with the Aquafusion Ozone System?

Sharon ArmstrongI wouldn’t trade this system for nothing. I wish I had the system when our home office in Coffeyville flooded. I would have liked to have seen what I could have done with the linens that had been in the flood. There is nothing like this system. I wouldn’t trade for a million dollars. I really love it. I wish they would have come up with this years ago.

It has gotten out stains that nothing else, not even bleach would get out. I used to have to bleach some of our stuff and that is not good on linens. After a while it just starts eating the linens up. I don’t even have stains on the incontinent pads it cleans them all the way.

Have you noticed any change in texture or feel of the linens?

The linens are a much softer and they smell so good too. I have no complaints on anything smelling bad. Even the personals we do, the colors seem so much more brighter, it is amazing. As I stated before, I wished they had come up with this sooner, it would have saved a lot of money for our company. It saves on my linens too. Washing with cold water is a lot better than washing with hot water. The hot water will eat up your linens and we have shorter drying times. It has really helped out.

We also save by using less chemicals and saving time. Those are things we look for. We have also seen an improvement in the condition of the laundry workers hands. They are no longer chapped and red.

Is there anything else you would like to share?

I feel it has also saved on repair bills. It seems before the Ozone system every other week a machine would be down; our machines are ten plus years old and they were always breaking down. I contribute that to the hot water we used to use. Not using such hot water seems to be saving on repair bills. It just saves us money in all kinds of ways!
